Spanish Cava Negroni

This dark, elegant and intense cocktail blends the aromatic, bitter flavour of Campari with strawberry and the unmistakeable sparkle of Campo Viejo Cava Brut Reserva. Fresh rosemary sprigs add the finishing stroke to this masterpiece of Riojan flavour and flair.

Recommended glass:
Highball or tall glass

Ingredients:

·       ½ oz. or 15ml    Beefeater gin

·       ½ oz. or 15ml    Campari

·       ½ oz. or 15ml    Oloroso sherry

·       1 oz. or 30ml     Fresh strawberry juice

·       3 oz. or 90ml     Campo Viejo Cava Brut Reserva

·       Ice

·       Rosemary sprigs

·       Strawberries

Method:

1. Add the Beefeater gin, Campari, Oloroso sherry, strawberry juice into a tall glass with plenty of ice.

2. Top with Campo Viejo Cava Brut Rosé.

3. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and strawberry slices, then take a moment to admire your artistry.
